All tools and machinery sold by RL Packaging come with a 12 month waranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Within this period we, RL Packaging will service or repair any original parts free of charge provided the parts are determined defective in materials or workmanship upon examination by an employee of RL Packaging. Only use fasteners/consumables supplied by RL Packaging otherwise RL Packaging will not be responsible for breakdowns caused by the use of spurious products, hence repairs will not fall under our warranty agreement.  

The responsability of the safe use of any tools and/or machinery supplied by RL Packaging is passed on to the buyer upon receipt of invoice.

Tool Maintenance:
We suggest you refer to your user manual to keep your tool or machines in good working condition.

Where neccessary lubricate tool or machine with recommended tool oil.

Ensure screws are tight at all times.

Keep tools and machinery clean and free of foreign particals.

NOTE: It is recommended that only an employee of RL Packaging carry out servicing of supplied tools or machinery unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.

SAFETY FIRST!
RL Packaging suggests that operators use both hand and eye protection while operating all nailing and stapling, rebar tying and strapping tools. Remember a maintained tool is a safe tool!

Note the following tips when using air operated fastening tools:       

Always disconnect air supply while not in use and before reloading tool.

Never aim the tool at yourself or a colleague.

Only use fasteners supplied by RL Packaging.

Only use air from a compressor, never use oxygen.

Never tamper with the safety device or trigger.
