Pre-stretched film offers all the quality, reliability and performance you would expect from standard palletwrap but thanks to special manufacturing techniques is pre-stretched to 7 microns. This means you use less film by weight to wrap a given load, in turn creating less packaging waste. In addition, this thinner gauge also means you get more film per roll leading to a reduction in film deliveries and associated vehicle emission plus being 100% recyclable and can be processed through industrial film recycling facilities.

Fast and easy to use, wrapping can be started by selecting light or strong wrapping then start.

The film can be conviently adjusted, the film tension can be adjusted by means of a seperate brake roller which can be released to make it easier to fix the film in the product pallet. The film roll is esay to change.

Turntable, the rotating turntable is controlled by a frequency controller. this reduces mechanical stress and the need for maintenance. The turntable always stops at the same place . This makes it possible to use a ramp, which is available as an option.

Blown: designed to provide tremendous perforation resistance for irregular or angular loads. its high cling characteristics facilitates outdoor storage or storage in damp or cold enviroments.

Cast: this film has a lower noise level and provides excellent clarity facilitating product identification and improved load apperance.
